This is to help with a relaxing Meditation, the stones in this candle are to help To help reach a deeper mediation, focus on what you want to achieve, when you light candle and send it out to the universe.

Never leave candles unattended
Place Candle on a heat proof mat as it will get hot.
Allow to cool before moving
Never place/use candles near an open fire or heat source as the heat will cause candle to melt, and burn
Extinguish all candles when leaving a room or before going to sleep.
Be sure the wick ember is no longer glowing.
